Cozy spa dept.

Had booked a spa but had to change the time, no one said anything before. Had booked dinner at 7pm and was not allowed to eat at the hotel as it was booked for a party, no one said anything about it either when we checked in. I think it's bad that you don't inform the guest about these things before you arrive. I still booked my stay 2 months before arrival.
